Honestly religions is a theme in which I don’t like to get into. Specially because everybody has their right to believe in what ever they want.

Fanaticism is something that I have always considered dangeours, because people sometimes can even get mentally sick with things that doesn’t really exist.

Here are some funny situations of people who swear that Jesus appears in some strange things… in a cat’s fur and even in a Cheeto. Is Jesus going to return as Cheesus?

Is The Montauk Monster A Raccoon?

Well I guess that many of you are already familiarized with this story. It has been making news around many medias a “monster” that was found ashore in Montauk.

It is really unknown what this really is. Many people is saying that is a raccoon, a turtle without a shell and even a dog. But if you look closely at the pictures you will see that none of these affirmations is right.

So what is this?

I don’t have any scientific knowledge to personally give a right oppinion but this creepy “monster” looks like a big rat with a beak. It is really hard to determine what really is and probably the scientists that are studying it will also have a hard time trying to determine this.

Today browsing on the Internet I also could find this other picture of the Montauk Monster. For me their are not the same creature.

As you will be able to see they look completely different, starting from the position on which it is laid and the color of the skin, and there is some hair on the creature of the second picture.

There are still many unknown animals or creatures living with us that we can’t explain where they came from.

The site is called deathwish.com and is accessible on the network for use by all. Those interested should register and “show signs of life” at a frequency established by themselves. To do this, you should only respond messages generated automatically by the system.

When such messages are not answered, despite insistence, the system concludes that the user is dead and sends messages he has written.

The site recommends leave important messages, for example, will or wishes for his funeral, keys, secrets, etc…

But if the user is a little distracted and forgets to answer Deathwish messages, neglect can result in the system understands who has died and clears all their keys and confessions allegedly posthumous.

Is Firefox 3 The New King?

It’s been just a couple of days since Mozilla released their new version of the popular web browser Firefox 3. This new browser is really given Internet users a new experience when surfing the web.

It is really incredible how much downloads this product had during these days; I have noticed especially when I check my blog stats. Currently 62% of my readers are using right now Firefox 3. It really makes me think that stats around the world saying that Internet Explorer is the most popular browser.

According to the stats that I took from one of my blogs, 92% of my visits use Firefox to browse my blog and only 5% used Internet Explorer. Probably the stats that are in favor of Internet Explorer are because they are counting that most us the PC users around the world have Windows as operating system and Internet Explorer is installed by default on that system and it is used even to locate folders and files stored in your hard drive.

After reviewing the stats of browsers that are most used on my blog, I checked the operating systems stats that users currently have installed in their PCs here is another interesting detail… most of the users have Windows as operating system, they are using Windows with Firefox.

This makes me have some simple but useful conclusions. People around the world are using Firefox because it is a faster and more secure browser than Internet Explorer. Even if Internet Explorer comes factory installed by Microsoft in Windows operating systems user don’t really like the browser because of security and incompatibilities in many sites. Firefox passed with a score of 100% the Acid Test 2 and with 71% the Acid Test 3, this means that the browser is more compatible with the W3 standards that other browsers.

Even if Microsoft does an excellent work with their new version of Internet Explorer 8 they are not going to have as many users for Internet browsing as Firefox.

Up to the moment of this post Firefox 3 had over 13 million downloads. Could all this mean this mean that Internet Explorer days for web browsing are count?

The New Buddha

Last night I saw on the TV a show that really impressed me, it was about a 15 years old boy born in Nepal that is considered being the reincarnation of Buddha, he is know is his community as the “Buddha Boy”.

It was impressing because they were telling the story of this boy that has been meditating during months without eating any food or drinking water.

It is known and proven that a normal human being can live without eating for around 40 days and without drinking water for 5 or 6 days approximately. But just imagine yourself to pass 4 or 5 months without food or water… just meditating, that’s something that I don’t really will like to try.

Many people think that this is scam because they say he might eat something and get water during the night when everybody is sleeping. During the film of the footage the boy was caught by the cameras during 6 consecutive days 24 hours a day without stopping to see this. Even during the nights the night vision lenses where used, and during the 6 days the boy didn’t moved from the spot in which he was meditating.

After seeing the show I was impressed because I can’t really explain how a teenager has been able to get into such high spiritual and physical levels that even very experienced people with a lot of years of practice and meditation haven’t been able to get.

Who Is The Best Blogger?

As we already now blog are very popular on these days and everybody is creating one as an entertainment and a way to share ideas, news, and even as many other people a new way of income.

On the time that I have been as an Internet user, at the beginning I wasn’t really convince about how useful blogs were going to be in the future, but during the last two years we have been experiencing a “Boom” is these websites.

Honestly I’m “new” in this topic of the blogs, I started my own technology blog on December last year and up to date I’m having success with it. But there are people that is more experienced with this and that have been working on them for years and they claim that they are having big cash incomes with their blogs.

In my opinion there are two excellent bloggers that are actually very popular, John Chow the owner of www.johnchow.com and Darren Rose the owner of www.problogger.net .

Both blogs mainly consist on how to make money blogging and how successful they are blogging. They make money by telling people how to do it with their blogs.

Now trying to find who is more popular, who of them receives more visits and which one is the best; I tried to make a simple research, just by looking at their Alexa ranks and how many RSS subscribers each of them have.

According to those parameters it will be Darren Rose. He doesn’t mentions how much money he makes with his blog, John Chow claims to be making over $30,000 a month, nothing bad really, because he is making more money than what many of us will do in our full time job in a whole year.

I personally found John Chow’s blog more fun because he posts about everything; how to make money, tips & tricks, tips and travel, reviews and more, mean while Darren Rose mostly posts about blogging and money making.

When is it referred about blogging, there is nothing written in fire or strict guidelines to be followed, the important thing is to be yourself.

But now returning to my main topic of this post… I’m pretty sure that probably you have already been in their blogs, most of their new visitors are referred by major search engines, but if you have already been there… for you who is the best?

I know that having a nice desktop environment on your computer can help you to be more productive because it gives you a more pleasant view to the environment in which you are working.
